  1. Please find a new file host, I downloaded the wrong one and now have to wait 30 minutes to download the correct script. I know there are many other free file host that don't have this wait time. SourceForge is a good one for a project like this.

    1. all the times are run by crontab, wich should be assigned to the netdisco user. check it with the "sudo crontab -e -u netdisco" command.

      cheers

  11. I have the same problem
"File /var/lib/netdisco/html/netmap.map is not accessable. Please run netdisco -g or use the Admin Panel.

    root@ubuntu:~# netdisco -g"

Is there something i was suppose to specifically do? or is it normal?

    ReplyDelete
  12. make sure at least you have two devices interconnected. and rerun the command netdisco -g . Its normal if you dont have any interconnected devices

  13. I had to us "sudo netdisco -g" for it to work for me.

  16. Is there a step by step guide to install this program? I have been trying multiple times. I am looking for something that explains all the additional features that need to be installed such as Apache and Perl. I am trying to install it on a new machine/VM but keep getting stuck. I am currently on the first install and I get "Enter a valid PostgreSQL postgres library dir"

Any tips that would make this install a lot easier would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers!
